Seamless Stay, Clean and Friendly
clean hotel friendly staff tasty breakfast
Check-in and checkout were seamless processes. The hotel maintained clean conditions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast had tasty food in good amounts.
I noticed the cleaner did not remove rubbish or change the cups .

Really good Service and Convenient Location
friendly staff vast breakfast clean rooms city center
the staff were friendly upon my arrival and whenever i passed them in the hotel. breakfast was vast and the fact that it was included was really good. the rooms were very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay (i liked the selection of pillows). i found the location good as it was a simple 15 minute walk to the city center.

my room included a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating children, ensuring everyone had their own space for a restful sleep. the room size was fair, accommodating all of us without feeling cramped, a small detail i appreciated.

the breakfast offered a good selection of options for various tastes and preferences, so it was easy to find something appealing. it was well presented, i thought. i especially liked the coffee machine (it made a very delicious cappuccino!).

staff were friendly. the breakfast included various options. parking was available on site for a daily fee.
the room was quite small for my family. the air conditioning wasn't effective. the window didn't fully open because of a safety lock.

Great Stay Just Outside the City
efficient check-in practical layout
The staff at the reception were cute and efficient at check-in. The room was clean and well maintained. I liked its practical layout. Breakfast had a good variety of options , including vegetarian choices. I found it suitable for a quick start to the day.
The hotel is situated on a busy road , and the traffic noise was noticeable with the window open. Car parking cost extra. This was an additional expense I had not fully anticipated.

convenient stay
helpful staff natural light
the staff were forward and lovely. they helped us pick out a room with as much light as possible, i appreciated this help in february. the room was spacious and clean upon arrival, furthermore it was well presented and had good natural light. i strongly recommend the staff and their work ethic.
i stayed one night in november 2024 and the breakfast was unfortunately very poor. the main dining area is of an insufficient size for a hotel of this size, it became very busy. the food itself was very basic with few options.

the hotel is located away from the main town centre. an uber ride of approximately five minutes or a direct bus will get you back with no traffic. public transport is nearby the premises.

The room was spacious and well-presented with good natural light, the bed was comfortable. tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. It also had a small table i used as a desk. the bathroom was clean.

the staff were lovely and forward with their helpfulness. they provided assistance in selecting a room i thought would have as much light as possible, we strongly recommend their service. the staff displayed excellent work ethic.
